Add xray protocols to VPN

Add ability to subcribe vmess, vless

Open Setting-VPN, then you got it.

Tested on sailfishos 5.1/5.2 aarch64, almost all codes are written by AI.

If VPN crashes, clean your vpn configs, run rm -rf  /home/defaultuser/.local/share/system/privileged/connman-vpn/

- Share nodes and subscriptions as QR codes: long-press a node or a
subscription group and choose "分享" to show its link as a scannable
QR code (embedded Nayuki QR-Code-generator via the "qrcode" image
provider), with a copy-link button.
- Node share links are preserved at parse time (Xray.ShareLink) so the
original vless/vmess/trojan/ss URL can be re-shared.
- QR subscription scanning: add a camera scan page (Camera + VideoOutput
+ Amber.QrFilter) to the add-subscription dialog; the decoded URL is
delivered to the URL field via a shared ScanBus context property.
- Scan page matches harbour-simpro's camera layout (VideoOutput.Stretch,
no overlay box, no auto-rotation).
