旗鱼天气彩云后端实现

1. 注册api

https://platform.caiyunapp.com/ ，获取到的token在 设置-应用-天气里面找到彩云天气，填入

2. 已知问题

彩云天气免费api只给3天的数据，所以界面上显示3天是正确的，要想显示7天需要购买付费api。
