OpenRepos hardware migration

Hi folks,

during upcoming weekend Feb 25-28th and following weekend March 5-7th, OpenRepos will be migrating some of the servers to the new colo.
This migration will provide ipv6 connectivity and we are intended to switch some of the storage facilities on the way.

OpenRepos may be unavailable for short period of time, as well as can be in read-only mode: new application uploads/comments will be disallowed.
You will notice an information frame if this read-only state will stuck for longer than a few server restarts.

Once migration is completed, there might be outstanding connection issues. If you notice some unexpected behaviour, don't hesitate to use feedback form!
