Read Amazon Kindle books on your N9. Firestarter makes it possible to use Amazon's Cloud Reader service on the N9. You can either read books online, or download them for reading offline (although you must be online when starting the application). Your progress in a book is kept synchronised between your N9 and other Kindle devices. An Amazon account is required to make use of this application.

Hey could you create a Sailfish OS version. Looks like an interesting app and i read books mostly on kindle but find the kindle app, overbloated, slow, and having too many features.

I had purchased this from Ovi store, separately for N8 and N9 (N9 version much better). Its name on Ovi was Erudite, so that's probably the original thing. Warehouse recognizes it as already installed on my N9, even though it is called Erudite on my N9. I don't use my N9 for reading books much, so it is nice to have this in a pinch.

There were version 1.2, with name changed to Erudite(from Firestarter), but it's hard to find.

Would have loved a native experience.. or even this one if it was a bit faster & supported landscape. better than Nothing at least... Good enough.

Just working with bought books, please add - if possible - an option to read also other files which are in the Amazon cloud (e.g. PDFs send via mail).
