[Unmantained] Patch: SailfishOS Enable Conference Calls

*** SFOS v2.0.4 FINALLY INCLUDES CONFERENCE CALL FEATURE. PATCH NOT MAINTAINED ***

The latest version (0.1-9) requires Sailfish OS 1.1.9.28+.  For previous version of Sailfish OS, you may try manually downloading RPM version 0.1-6 and install.

This patch enables the merge calls option in the pull down menu when you have 2 active calls, allowing you to start a conference. 

This patch pretty much packages the recommended patch by dtdmrr in the TJC

Only additional thing I tried is to add menu options to Unmerge and Hangup All Calls option.  Hangup All Calls option seems to work, but Unmerge does not work.  From what I can figure out from documentation, privateChat() method should do it, but it seems to be ignoring the call.  Maybe someone who really knows can help to fix the issue.
