Brightness Fix for Xperia 10 III

This fixes (works around) the Sony Xperia 10 III contrast (brightness) issue on low brightness in a dark environment. Please see this Sailfish OS forum thread for discussion.

The package takes care of everything; just install and enjoy!

This package will only install on Sony Xperia 10 III. Even if it did, the service wouldn't start. Even if it did, it would be a no-op. Even if it wasn't, it would only cause the screen to blink very briefly.

Thanks to JacekJagosz for creating the shell script and the Systemd service files! This package is just, well, the package around those files!
